I'm not sure about the rules of the server or what about tping but I was under the impression that the server was meant to be 100% legit.
Upon my first day entering I was tped against my request and soon after killed for no reason, and today I've witnessed more casual tping.
When I mentioned that tping wasn't really legit I was told to "shut my whore mouth".
I don't know if know how old this individual is or what reputation they have but they have a serious attitude problem, aside from the fact that I thought this was a pure vanilla server.
